Aap Amla ka Juice nikaal kar istemal kar sakte hein. Is maqsad ke liye Amlo ko kaat kar Guthliya alag kar lejiye. Phir kaate hue Amlo ko Juicer machine mein daal kar inka juice nikaliye. Aik kilo phal se lag bhag 2 glass juice nikal aye ga. Ab is juice ko kisi bottle mein daal kar fridge mein mehfooz kar dejiye.

Is juice aur Shehed yani Honey ka aik aik chamach 1 glass Paani mein mix kar ke roz subha pee lejiye. Aapko din bhar chaak-o-choband rakhe ga. Yeh antioxidants se bharpoor sharbat aik nehayat aala dawa ka kaam bhi karta hei. Is mein Diabetes aur Cancer samait beshumar amraaz ke khilaf ladne ki salahiyat hei. Yeh powder Amla ke juice ya rus ke mutabadil ke taur par use kiya jaa sakta hei. Jab is powder ko Shehed ke saath milaya jaye to aik umda majoon tayyar ho jaati hei. Is dawa se Phaiphro ke amraaz bhi theek ho jaate hein.
