Kya aap Dahi ke fayde jan-na chahte hain? To yeh post mukammal padhiye. Pakistan aur India mein Dahi ka bahut zyada istemal kiya jata hai. Aik andaze ke mutabiq Pakistan aur India mein doodh ki kul pedawar ka aadha hissa Dahi mein tabdeel kar diya jata hai.

Dahi aik aisi ghiza hai jo na sirf istemal karne mein saada hai, balke yeh zyada mehnga bhi nahin hota. Yeh har jagah aasani se dastiyab hota hai.  Kam Calories wali yeh ghiza din ya raat kisi bhi waqt khai jaa sakti hai. Ise aap saada aur khaalis shakal mein bhi kha sakte hain. Tajarbat se sabit hua hai ki aik pao Dahi aadha kilo gosht ke barabar taqat rakhta hai. Kamzor logon ko Dahi ka istemal zaroor karna chahiye. Aur ismein ahista ahista izafa karna chahiye. Jab Ke Dahi mein maujood ladaaka bacteria to intehai mufeed hain.

Anjeer Bawaseer ke liye akseer hei. Is ko rozana khane se purani se purani Bawaseer bhi khatam ho jati hei.

Agar Bawaseer mein dard ziyada hota ho, to iske liye har roz subah khaali pait 5 daane Anjeer ke khaane ke ilawa iske saath aik glass paani mein 1 chamcha Shehed mila kar pee liya kejiye. Is amal ko mamool bana liya jaye to ALLAH ke karam se chand hi mahino mein Bawaseer ke masse khushk ho jayen ge. Yeh amal Khooni Bawaseer waale mareezo ke liye bhi fayda mand hei.

Agar mareez ko badhazmi ziyada hoti ho to khana khane se aadha ghenta pehle 3 daane Anjeer ke khilaiye. Aur agar mayde mein bojh sa mehsoos hota ho to khana kha lene ke baad 3 daane Anjeer kha lena chahiye.
