Bawaseer mein Anjeer ke istemal ka tarika


Anjeer Bawaseer ke liye akseer hei. Is ko rozana khane se purani se purani Bawaseer bhi khatam ho jati hei.

Agar Bawaseer mein dard ziyada hota ho, to iske liye har roz subah khaali pait 5 daane Anjeer ke khaane ke ilawa iske saath aik glass paani mein 1 chamcha Shehed mila kar pee liya kejiye. Is amal ko mamool bana liya jaye to ALLAH ke karam se chand hi mahino mein Bawaseer ke masse khushk ho jayen ge. Yeh amal Khooni Bawaseer waale mareezo ke liye bhi fayda mand hei.

Agar mareez ko badhazmi ziyada hoti ho to khana khane se aadha ghenta pehle 3 daane Anjeer ke khilaiye. Aur agar mayde mein bojh sa mehsoos hota ho to khana kha lene ke baad 3 daane Anjeer kha lena chahiye.
