1- Anjeer mein baki phalon aur sabziyon ki nisbat zyada miqdar mein madaniyat aur vitamins paye jaate hein. Khas taur per Calcium, Potassium, Zinc aur Iron. Aur yehi ajza pregnancy ke dauran hamila khwateen keliye be Inteha zaruri samjhe jaate hein. Isi liye multi vitamin goliyon ki bajaye, Anjeer ka istemal zyada mufeed aur qudrati hei.
