Is marz ke ilaj keliye ghiza mein parhez bohat zaroori hei. Apne rozmarra ke khane peene ke mamool ko sahi karna bohat ehem hei. Ghiza hamesha apne muqarrar waqt par khayen. Pait bhar kar khaane se ijtanab karein. Raisha dar khurak ka istemal ziyada karein aur paani jitna ziyada ho sake pejiye. Iske ilawa taaza sabzi aur fruits ka istemal bhi ziyada kejiye.
