Shehad ke fayde beyan karna insan ke bas ki baat nahi. Yeh ALLAH Taala ki aik intehayi aala nemat hei. Irshad-e-Rabbi hei " Is mein shifa hei insan ke liye." (Surah Al-Nahl). ALLAH taala ne Quran Paak mein Shehad ki makhi ko itni ehmiyat di ke aik poori Surah iske naam se Naazil hui.
Shehad aik aisa sayyal hei ke jis mein khud ko saalha saal tak mehfooz rakhne ki khasiyat payi jaati hei. Barre sagheer ke ilawa Misr aur Yunaan mein hazaro saal se isko dawa ke taur par use kiya jaata raha hei. Aristu ke mutabiq " Shehad sehat ko behtar banata hei aur umar lambi karta hei".
Shehad ke ghizayi ajza
Shehad ki 100 gram miqdar mein 304 calories hoti hein. Jabke Fats 0g, Cholesterol 0mg, Dietary Fiber 0.2g, Carbohydrate 82.4g, Protein 0.3g aur Sugar 82.12g hoti hein. Maadni ajza mein Sodium 4mg, Potassium 52mg, Calcium 5mg, Phosphorus 16mg, iron 0.9mg, Vitamin C 4mg aur mamooli sa Vitamin B complex bhi paya jaata hei.
Shehad ke Fayde
Shehad har beemari ke liye kaamil shifa rakhta hei. Isko tamam amraaz mein istemal kiya jaa sakta hei. Yeh wahid dawa hei jo Virus ko bhi halaak kar sakti hei. Khoon ko patla karta hei. Blood pressure ka marz door karta hei. Halaq ki khushki ko khatam karta hei. Puraane bukhar ko rafa karta hei. Baadi pan ka khaatma karta hei. Quwat haafza aur mardana taqat mein izafa karta hei. Qabz kusha bhi hei. Khawateen ke periods mein baqaydgi paida karta hei.
Jismani kamzori aur zehni thakawat ko door karne ke liye Shehad se behtar koi aur cheez nahi. Yeh aasani se hazam ho jaata hei aur fauran hi juzwe badan ban jaata hei. Is mein shamil ajza khoon ke surkh zarrat mein izafa karne ke ilawa unka tawazan bhi qayim rakhte hein.

Aankho ki beemariyo mein agar in mein Shehad lagaya jaye to behad fayda hota hei. Neez isko rozana aankho mein lagaane se Beenayi teez ho jaati hei. Agar aapki aankh mein kuch chala gya hei jo takleef de raha hei to Shehad Aankh mein daalne se theek ho jaye gaa.
Neend ki kami ka shikar log raat ko sote waqt aadha glass paani mein 1 ya 2 chamach Shehad mila kar pee lein. Is amal se gehri aur achi Neend haasil ho gi.
Daanto aur masoordho ke liye Shehad aik behtreen tonic hei. Is mein woh sab khoobiyan maujood hein jinki Daanto aur masoordho ko zaroorat hoti hei. Isko ungli ki madad se lagaya jaye, to yeh inko saaf karne ke saath saath mazboot bhi banata hei. Daanto par Plaque ban-ne nahi deta. Iske ilawa masoordho par naya gosht bhi paida hota hei.

Shehad ke istemal ka tarika
Shehad ke istemal ka sab se behtar tareeqa wohi hei, jo hamaare pyaare Rasool (S A W) ki sunnat hei. App isko khaali pait paani mei hal kar ke peena pasand farmaate thay. Is amal mein yeh hikmat hei ke yeh fauran jazab ho kar mayda se faasid mawad ko nikaalta hei. Jis se jism amraaz se mehfooz rehta hei. Aapki hayat-e-tayyaba se ssabit hei ke aap kabhi 1 din keliye bhi beemar nahi huay. Aur naa hi kabhi doran safar ya doran jang thakan ka izhaar farmaya.
Shehad ke istemal mein ahtiyat
Garam mizaj ke log iska istemal ahtiyat se karein.
Diabetes ke mareez apne mualij ke mashware se istemal karein.
Shehad aur Ghee aik saath nahi khana chahiye. Is se Faalij ka khatra hota hei.
Machli ke saath bhi Shehad mat khaiye. Bars ya Jazzam ka khatra hota hei.
Tursh ashiya khaane ke baad bhi Shehad mat lejiye. Is se pait mein kharabi ho jaati hei.
Chawal aur Gosht khaane ke baad bhi iske istemal se guraiz kejiye. Kiunke is se kaee amraaz paida ho sakte hein.
