BMI Kya Hota Hai Aur Yeh Kaise Nikalte Hain?

Wazan (kg) / Qad ki oonchayi (cm) / Qad ki oonchayi (cm) x 10,000

 

Yaani ke aap apne wazan ko Kilogram main maapiye aur apne qad ko Centimeters main naapiye. Uske baad wazan ko qad se taqseem kejiye. Aur jo haasil aaye usko dobara qad se taqseem kar dejiye. Ab jo haasil aaye usko das hazar se zarab de dejiye. Aur yun jo score haasil ho gaa wo aapka BMI ho ga.

 

Misal ke taur par agar Nasir ka wazan 55 KG hai aur uska qad 175 cm taweel hai to uska BMI aise maloom karain ge.

 

55 taqseem 175 = 0.314
0.314 taqseem 175= .00179
.00179 zarab 10000= 17.9

 

Yani ke nasir ka BMI score 17.9 hai.

 

Jab aap is formule se apna BMI maloom kar lain. To phir yeh jaan-ne ke liye ke aapka wazan mamool ke mutabiq hai ya nahi uske liye kya karna ho ga? Woh bhi ham aapko batate hain to suniye: 

 

Agar aapka BMI score 18.5 se kam aaye to iska matlab aapka wazan mamool se kam hai.

 

Agar BMI score 18.5 se le kar 24.9 tak aaye to aapka wazan normal hai.

 

Agar BMI score 25 se le kar 29.9 tak ho to aapka wazan mamool se ziyada hai. Aur aapko ehtiyat ki zaroorat hai.
